Membership Forms
When you apply for Membership using our Membership Application form, we collect all of the information as provided in the form fields. If you do not provide the mandatory information required by our Membership Application form, you will not be able to submit the form and we will not receive your application.
Information you send us via our Membership Application Form will be stored on our web servers in Canada and also transferred to our email provider’s servers located in Canada.

After you place an order for Membership Application on our website you will need to make payment for the Membership services you have ordered. In order to process your payment we use the third party payment processor PayPal. Your payment will be processed by the payment provider via a payment gateway.

Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. How long we retain your data
